Pupil Transportation Safety Institute is a not-for-profit organization that supports the work of school transporters across the nation. They provide a variety of services including customized training resources, keynote, workshop and driver in-service presentation, consultation services for school districts and contractors and program development/evaluative studies for operations and state agencies. They pride themselves in being safety advocates for children.
Green & Seifter CPAs has prepared Federal Form 990 – Return of Organization Exempt from Income Tax and New York State Form CHAR 500 – Annual Filing for Charitable Organizations. We present audited financial statements and a management letter to the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors.

Waterville Central Schools is a New York State Public School District. The District has an enrollment of approximately 1000 students and a staff of 165, including 100 teachers and administrators, and is a member of the Oneida, Herkimer, and Madison Board of Cooperative Services (BOCES). 80% of the District's students go on to post-secondary study.
The District maintains bridge programs with Utica College, Mohawk Community College, Colgate University, Hamilton College and Morrisville College.
The District has established Project Lead the Way, which provides students and staff with upper level technology and engineering programs. College credit can be earned through partnership with the Rochester Institute of Technology.
The District has a regionally recognized art program, offering electives and sequences. Numerous students are admitted to the NYS Summer School of the Arts. The District is frequently recognized in the Congressional Art Contest.
Green & Seifter CPAs provides an opinion on its audit of the basic financial statements of Waterville Central Schools in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and government auditing standards, issued by the Comptroller General of the United States, using the GASB 34 reporting model.
In conjunction with its audit of the District's general financial statements, Green & Seifter CPAs issues a supplementary opinion on the additional information required by the NYS Education Department, as well as an opinion on the District's Extra Classroom Activity Funds.

Weiss, Savedoff & Ciccone, O.D.'s, P.C., is a professional corporation that provides a wide range of optometric vision care services. With locations in downtown Syracuse and Manlius, the practice provides routine vision exams, contact lenses and eyeglasses as well as the medical treatment of eye disease. In addition, the practice provides specialized evaluation and treatment of developmental vision disorders with optometric vision therapy. Many times, these disorders, if left untreated, contribute to reading and learning delays in school age children.

Central New York Library Resources Council, familiarly known as CLRC, was formed in 1967 as one of nine Reference and Research Library Resources councils ("3Rs") in New York State. CLRC serves libraries and library systems in four Central New York counties: Herkimer, Madison, Oneida, and Onondaga.
CLRC members share in the benefits of Council programs and services which are approved by a Board of Trustees elected by the Council membership. CLRC member institutions actively participate in Council services including support for database building, access to regional resources, interlibrary loan and delivery of materials among libraries. Other services available include sponsorship of continuing education events, promoting legislative efforts on behalf of libraries and promoting library communications. Members also benefit from a variety of grant programs.
